Short Property Programmes

Auctioneering Workshop

This is a short two-day programme where participants learn how to get started in Auctioneering, how to conduct real estate auctions, and cover different aspects of auctioneering in house sales, antique and general merchandising, household furniture, and more.

Residential and Commercial Property Valuation Workshop

This programme is designed to equip participants with basic knowledge of the purpose of valuation, zoning rights with the municipality, topography and site shape, and reporting. Participants also receive practical training on how to capture the physical attributes and visit at least three comparable properties.
