Real estate profession is your ideal second career

I have some exciting developments lined up for Xoliswa Tini Properties for this year. It is an idea I had some time ago, but with COVID-19, I put it on the back burner. And while it is still under wraps, I have been working steadily on making this dream come true. I still have some way to go, but I am progressing well.

But how does one take a dream and bring it to reality? It is a lot of hard work, of course. But how do you keep it alive during the dark days? I have an outline – if not on paper, then in my head, which helps me move from point one to point two, and so on.

Let’s face it. We all get demotivated, so we need a plan – excuse the pun – to help when we begin to flounder. Thinking about our dreams, dreaming the dreams, and taking those baby steps need to become a habit. They say that you can form a habit over three weeks with practice.

Imagine three weeks from today, you would have moved your dream to an achievable goal.

See the end of the road. Believe it in. And yes, plan for it. Remember, a big plan doesn’t happen overnight, so it is OK to plan in stages.

Remember, no dream is too big if you are committed to the effort required to make it a reality.
