Please don’t take my word for it. According to the 2024 Happiness Report, except for Mauritius, South Africans are happier than their African counterparts. (South Africa is ranked 83rd, while Mauritius is ranked 70th.)
Happiness, hope, and, by de facto, faith are essential components for a positive attitude and are the catalysts for believing that there is always good in the world for which we need to be grateful. We must remain hopeful.
Closer to home, property experts are cautious about the property market for numerous compelling reasons. Still, there are reasons for optimism, such as declining global interest rates and changes to investor-friendly policies, the Government of National Unity and service delivery improvements.
