A graduate of the University of Cape Town, Xoliswa is a trained clinical psychologist and a teacher.
After several years of teaching and entrepreneurial endeavours, Xoliswa entered the property market, where she worked for a few years before establishing Xoliswa Tini Properties (XTP) in 2003.
Closing on two decades later, Xoliswa Tini Properties supports a staff complement of about 50 members. It excludes its service providers that benefit from XTP’s support.
Xoliswa Establishes the Training Academy
Xoliswa has a heart for development, which is why the Xoliswa Tini Training Academy perfectly complements her thriving business.
Her passion for training and up-skilling people to provide them with an opportunity for a brighter future, together with a commitment to transform the property sector, sparked the concept of the Xoliswa Tini Training Academy.
The training academy was established in 2006, and it provides accredited real estate training.
It is the only provider of this training in the Eastern Cape and the first black-owned training academy in South Africa.
It is just the beginning
Xoliswa is only just getting started. She launched the official franchising of the XTP business and grew the business to five independent branches – Nelson Mandela Bay, East London, King William’s Town, Mdantsane, and Midrand in Gauteng –all of which are operator-owned.
Furthermore, Xoliswa Tini Properties is leveraging its successful track record in residential and now is actively expanding its commercial footprint, particularly in Gauteng.
The business also now includes commercial and industrial as well as facilities management and property management.
